Myst is being held captive as one group of warriors takes over another's fortress. Both sets of warriors are a species that is mortal enemies of Myst's. Myst is a Valkyrie, and all Valkyries are enemies of the Vampire race. Myst soon learns that she is destined to be mated to one of the vampires, can she use it to her advantage or will she fall for him?
