The Last Summer (of You and Me) ~ Ann Brashares

I really enjoyed this book, it is not nearly as teenage as her previous series, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Much more adult, with a definite chick-lit leaning, which I usually am not to fond of, but this one was really good.

A Jaguar's Kiss ~ Lora Leigh

this is part of the Breed's series and a portion of the Shifters Anthology. Saban is a Jaguar Breed, sent to escort Natalie, a new teacher, to Buffalo Gap, just out side the Breed Sanctuary. As soon as he sees her Saban knows that Natalie is to be his mate. Now he only has to convince her, and get rid of her controlling ex-husband.

Shadow Music ~ Julie Garwood

the second in the Shadow series, part of the Buchanan series. Princess Gabrielle of St Biel is supposed to marry a Scottish laird, only days before the ceremony, he is killed. Through a twist of fate, and several unforeseen events, Gabrielle ends up marrying Laird Colm MacHugh. And they continue the search for the wealth of St Biel.

Pegasus in Flight ~ Anne McCaffrey

This the second in the Pegasus series. It takes place two generations after the first book, with descendants of those characters. Rhyssa is now the Director of the Center, and always on the look out for new talents, as well as trying to manage the talents she has in the jobs that need them. Suddenly, something is invading Rhyssa's sleep after some investigation they find that it is Peter, a young man who has recently been injured and has discovered that through Talent he can escape his injured body, and now they just need to figure out how to train him, and how much he can do.

One of the men selected to be on the show is Austin, he is a member of a CIA unit called Stake-Out, who's goal is to kill all vampires. Austin knows about the vampires, but is trying to convince himself that Darcy can't possibly be a vampire, for reasons of his own!

How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire ~ Kerrelyn Sparks

This is the first in the Vampire series. Roman is a vampire, he has developed a line of synthetic blood so that his species no longer have to life off moral humans. Eleven on Top ~ Janet Evanovich

The is the twelfth book in the Stephanie Plum series. Stephanie has quit being a bounty hunter, she is on the lookout for something new. She goes through 3 jobs in under a week and it appears that, even though she is no longer a bounty hunter, someone is out to get her, leaving bombs on cars, notes in her apartment, and in general, hunting her. Lula is attempting to fill Stephanie's bounty hunting shoes, but seems to be having trouble. And Morelli ends up with a broken leg, and now Stephanie is trying to help take care of him too.

Seven Up ~ Janet Evanovich

This is the seventh book in the Stephanie Plum series. Morelli has asked Stephanie to marry him, Stephanie is unsure if she is ready to get married, at the same time she is given a semi-retired gangster who has gone FTA to recover. And one of Stephanie's friends, Dougie Kruper, also known as The Dealer, has disappeared. Stephanie sets out to recover the old gangster, who is blind, but still prone to shooting at his problems, and locate the dealer, while it appears her personal life is running away without her. At the same time, Ranger is making his interest in Stephanie clear, further complicating her life.

this is one of the books in the Brotherhood of the Sword series. Historical romance, set shortly after the crusades. Only to discover that she is the king's daughter and the captors are hired by her father to return her to him for an arranged marriage. Lachlan ends up promising to see her safely to an uncle who will protect her. Along the way they meet several members of the Brotherhood of the Sword, who aid them along their way.

Wife For Hire ~ Janet Evanovich

I believe this is a reprint of one of her early novels, but not certain. Quick read, great for something light and fun. Man advertises to hire a woman to pretend to be his wife for 6 months in order to get a loan. She takes the job to get the time to write a book, both also looking to escape other things in their lives, and a romance grows between the two.

Dark Highlander ~ Karen Marie Moning

This is the fifth book in the Highlander series.
