This is the seventh book in the Stephanie Plum series. Morelli has asked Stephanie to marry him, Stephanie is unsure if she is ready to get married, at the same time she is given a semi-retired gangster who has gone FTA to recover. And one of Stephanie's friends, Dougie Kruper, also known as The Dealer, has disappeared. Stephanie sets out to recover the old gangster, who is blind, but still prone to shooting at his problems, and locate the dealer, while it appears her personal life is running away without her.
