this is book four in the Aisling Gray series. Aisling is set to be married, but something comes up, and the wedding has to be postponed. There is business between the different dragon septs and the fact that Aisling is also a demon lord, and a guardian. Also, something is always out to get Aisling, and they must also keep the fact that her dog, Jim, is actually a demon, and talks, from her mortal family.

Light my Fire ~ Katie MacAlister

This is the third book in the Aisling Gray series. Aisling has moved to London, to live with her new mentor, Nora, while she trains to be a Guardian. Shortly after arriving, she once again runs in to Drake, whom she has left once again. As she discovers how difficult it is going to be to remain separated from Drake, she also discovers problems inside the Dragon Sept, and has a number of other issues arise that she must solve in order to proceed with her life.

Fire Me Up ~ Katie MacAlister

This is the second book in the Aisling Gray series. Aisling goes to Budapest for an Otherworld convention, in hopes of finding another Guardian, one willing to take her on as an apprentice and teach her what she needs to know to be a Guardian. She arrives in Budapest only to find that Drake is there also, the Dragon that Aisling is supposed to be the mate to. Can she manage to keep her heart intact and still fulfill her goal of becoming a trained Guardian?

This is the first in the Aisling Grey series. Aisling is a currier for uncle's business, and she is on her first delivery. She is in Paris, speaking no french, and shows up to deliver the item, only to find the person she was to deliver it to dead. And the police think she did it. In an attempt to clear her name so she can return home, Aisling becomes involved in a world she never knew existed. The Otherworld is full of magic and so called mythical creatures. Aisling learns things about herself that she has never known before.

It is written as a diary, of the events and adventures that happen as she attempts to live a lifestyle she has only read about. Along the way, she meets Max, the Duke for the show, as well as many other people playing rolls for the program.

This book was hilarious I laughed and laughed.

Even Vampires get the Blues ~ Katie MacAlister

This is the fourth book in the Dark Ones series. In this novel, Paen, a Dark One, has been contacted about fulfilling a contract that his father agreed to two hundred and fifty years earlier. He must find and return a statue to the demon the contract was with. In trying to fulfill this contract, Paen hires Samantha Cosse, a half-elf private detective, to aide him in the search. it is quickly discovered that Samantha is his Beloved, though not nearly as accepted. This is a pretty good story, with several twists and turns that really surprised me.

Sex, Lie and Vampires ~ Katie MacAlister

This is the third book in the Dark Ones series. In this novel, Nell, a Medieval history professor and charmer, has been hired to find Damien, a Dark One child, who has been abducted and is being held by a demon lord. Along the way, she meets Adrian, a dark one known as Adrian the Betrayer, as he is bound to a demon lord, and had turned Dark Ones over to him in the past.

Sex and the Single Vampire ~ Katie MacAlister

this is the second book in the Dark Ones series. Christian, who we met in Single Girls Guide to Vampires, is in London for a book signing, and visiting with Joy, Raphael and Roxy. While in London, he meets Allegra, Allie for short, a Summoner there on tour, visiting haunted places in town trying to document ghosts and summon them. Allegra agrees to help Christian find a friend of his who has disappeared, and they have a great adventure.

A Girl's Guide to Vampires ~ Katie MacAlister

This is the first in a series of vampire books by Katie MacAlister. In this book Joy and her friend Roxy visit the Czech Republic in a hunt for a writer who writes their favorite series.. about vampires. Along the way they meat new people, and discover that there has been a series of murders following the vampire fair that is in the area where they are going. They attempt to solve the crimes, and Joy falls in love at the same time.
