Another book in the Eve Dallas series (honestly, I have lost count, but it is the most recent, at this time.) Eve has caught another murder, this time a wealthy sporting goods tycoon, who just happens to have offices in the same building as Rourke. Eve figures out fairly quickly who is responsible for the murder, now she just has to prove it! All the old cast are back, including Charles, who we don't see all that often. I really enjoyed this one.

Creation in Death ~ J. D. Robb

The thirtieth story in the Eve Dallas series. Eve is called out on a murder that appears to be the resurfacing of a murderer who got away from them 9 years earlier. As they proceed to investigate it dawns on them that the profile of victim on this case is a perfect match for Eve, and it appears that Eve may be on the list that this killer has planned.

Eternity in Death ~ J. D. Robb

This is the twenty ninth story in the Eve Dallas series. Eve is assigned to a murder which resembles a vampire killing, in the style of 'old' vampire films, and Eve is not so sure that is the case.

Innocent in Death ~ J. D. Robb

This is the twenty-eighth story in the Eve Dallas series. Murder is committed at a elite private school and Eve catches the case. at the same time, one of Rourke's old flame's makes a reappearance in his life, and it is really bothering Eve, even though she KNOWS that Rourke would not cheat on her. What is it gonna take for Eve to solve this murder, and how many will die first? And is Eve's discomfort about Rourke's old flame going to drive a wedge between her and Rourke?

This is the twenty-seventh in the Eve Dallas series. Eve and Rourke have been convinced to be Mavis's birthing coaches, and now have to attend the classes, and she is throwing Mavis's shower too. Eve gets called out to investigate a double murder, and Peabody insists on helping Eve with the shower prep. One of Mavis' best friends doesn't make it to the shower, and with some investigation, they discover that she has gone missing, now Eve has to find her on top of solving her double homicide.

Naked in Death ~ J. D. Robb

This is the first book in in Death series. I have read this before, and reread it for a book club at Batgirls. I really enjoy it, Eve Dallas, a New York cop, is investigating a murder, that becomes a serial killer. She approaches the case with a singular determination and dedication.
