This is the third in the Dream- Hunter novels and one of the Dark Hunter series. Xypher has spent the last several hundred years being tortured in Tartarus, and has been granted one month as a human, to exact his vengeance. Simone is a Medical Examiner for a collage in New Orleans. They are tied together by a set of bracelets designed to help kill gods, you kill on wearing the bracelet and the other will die, so attaching them to a human, makes it easy to kill a god. In the path to get the bracelets off, and move on with their lives, they learn more about each other and start to find similarities in their lives.

This is book twenty one of the Dark Hunter series. Sin was a Sumerian God, who's powers were stolen by Artemis, then he became a Dark Hunter, under Acheron's command. Now it appears as though Sin has simply gone crazy, and since Ash refuses to kill him, Artemis sends her handmaiden, Kat to do the job. Kat soon discovers that things are not as they appear, and there are other things that she needs to do!

This novel is part of the Dark Hunter series. Arikos was doomed by the gods, he had lived for eternity and had no emotions of his own. Together maybe they can uncover secrets that have been hidden for thousands and thousands of years.
I really enjoyed this book, though was slightly disappointed that it wasn't 'next' in the series. It does explain a lot of mysteries that we have been wanting solved. it is just not the next story chronologically.

Fear the Darkness ~ Sherrilyn Kenyon

This is a short story that is part of the Dark Hunter series. It tells a small portion of Nick's tale, Nick was a friend to Ash, for a long time, until Nick's mother was killed by Daimons. Nick blamed Ash and called down Artemis, and when Artemis told him that he had to be dead to become a Dark Hunter, he killed himself. Now Nick is determined to use his immortality to get revenge against Ash for allowing his mother to die.
