Rachel is still trying to figure out how to get Jenks back into the garden after she insulted him last winter, when his wife, Matalina comes to beg Rachel to help Jenks find their son, Jax, who has disappeared with Rachel's ex-boyfriend. Rachel ends up traveling north to find Jax and Nick, and keep herself out of even more trouble.
